"Hyperliquid today looks very different from Hyperliquid a year ago. This time last year, the HyperEVM hadn't even launched…"
Say it fast. Hyper E-V-M. Hyper Evan. A little mint chameleon in his dad's old hoodie, sitting on the branch Hyperliquid grew.
Hyperliquid has a second chain living next to it, the HyperEVM. Everybody types it. Nobody says it. Say it out loud three times and you'll hear him.
That's Evan. Mint like the chain. A chameleon, because his dad posts as @chameleon_jeff and the apple doesn't fall far. His hoodie is a hand-me-down, and his eyes point two ways because he's watching two charts at once.
A year before this site existed, Evan wasn't even born. Hyperliquid said it themselves.

A chameleon named Jeff builds Hyperliquid with no VCs and no insiders. People call it the house of finance.
The HyperEVM goes live next to Hyperliquid. Mint, tiny, too big a hoodie. Everyone immediately gets his name wrong.
Hyperliquid posts that a year earlier, the HyperEVM hadn't even launched. Evan's first birthday, basically.
Every "HyperEVM" gets a reply: evan*. Politely. Every time. That's the whole movement.
Giving a chain a face, and a name it actually likes.
Someone says HyperEVM, you say evan*. No lecture. Just the asterisk.
Evan never watches just one thing. Neither should you.
Red days happen. Chameleons change colour. Evan stays mint anyway.
Too big is the right size. You'll grow into it.
Nobody gets attached to an acronym. Nobody makes fan art of three capital letters.
One chain, one chameleon, one name. Say it with us. It's Evan.
Evan replies to every single one. Type it and see what happens.
hi. what's this chain called? He won't explain the tech. He won't shill you a roadmap. He's a small mint chameleon in a big hoodie, and he'd like you to say his name right.— the whole pitch, honestly
